Free shipping on orders of $50+
Orders of $50 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. The free shipping option appears automatically at checkout.
Processing time
Because each case is made to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, such as Black Friday and the holiday season, production can take a little longer.
Shipping rates and delivery times
For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. The rates below apply to one phone case; each extra item adds a small amount. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.

The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. We currently offer one shipping method: Standard Delivery.
Where we ship from
Your order is produced and shipped by our print partners. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless these were collected at checkout, they are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Address and order changes
Please double-check your shipping address and phone model before you place your order. Need to change something? Email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can no longer change or cancel the order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the new shipping costs are on you.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. Did your case arrive damaged? See our Refund Policy.
